The Origin
It Started With a Problem
Every great solution begins with lived experience
Brandon Aday had built 47 failed side projects. Despite 20+ years in digital marketing and data analytics at Microsoft, Univision, FinTech companies, and SGWS — plus being a Gen-AI engineer — he kept building without validating. Ideas weren't the problem. Evidence was.
In November 2024, the breakthrough came: he built PivotBuddy, an AI coach that applied Lean Startup methodology to every decision. PivotBuddy forced him to validate before building, run rapid experiments, and make data-driven pivots. Using his own tool, he launched LeanPivot.ai as Project #48 — and it was the first one that worked.

LeanPivot.ai grew into a full platform: 80+ AI-powered tools, stage-specific guidance from ideation through MVP, goal tracking, LeanQuests for gamified learning, and a community forum. As the platform gained traction with individual founders, something unexpected happened — universities, accelerators, and chambers of commerce started reaching out. They saw the potential to scale entrepreneurship education without scaling staff.

Universities and accelerators faced a common challenge: how to deliver consistent, high-quality entrepreneurship education at scale with limited resources.
Traditional programs relied heavily on one-on-one mentorship, which didn't scale. Generic online courses lacked personalization. Institutions needed something in between — enterprise-grade tools with the personalization of human coaching.
That's why we created LeanPivot Solutions, LLC — the parent company behind a white-label entrepreneurship platform for institutions, powered by the same AI tools that drive LeanPivot.ai.
